What is ICAS?+
ICAS (International Competitions and Assessments for Schools) is a series of annual competitions run by UNSW Global in English, Mathematics, Science, Digital Technologies, and Writing. They assess higher-order thinking and problem-solving skills beyond the standard curriculum.
Which ICAS subjects do you prepare students for?+
We prepare students for ICAS English, ICAS Mathematics, and ICAS Science — the three most popular ICAS competitions. Each subject has its own question style, so we coach them separately.
When should my child start ICAS preparation?+
We recommend starting 2–3 months before the competition date (typically August–September each year). This gives enough time to cover the question types and build the thinking skills without creating anxiety.
How big are the classes?+
A maximum of 6 students per class, ensuring every student gets individual attention and personalised feedback every session.
